Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit/debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else other than the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone (24 hours 7 days a wek), fax, snail mail or over the Internet but our fully automated Worldpay service is our preferred method.

Shipping And Handling We ship goods as soon as possible from point of order. We use the service that the customer selects on order from the choices available. Please note we charge on most items for delivery but do not add an extra handling charge but limited choices of carrier may be available for larger consignments as the weight increases. If you have any questions please email us. We use various carriers from time to time. If an Item is not in stock please see our Delivery Schedule for estimated delivery times for each product. We now ask our customers for a requested delivery date on which the delivery charge is made. In the UK orders over £250 are free delivery.

Delivery Schedule A delivery charge will be calculated on your order and added to your shopping basket.

All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost to you.

The majority of our deliveries are made within a matter of days but please allow up to 28 working days. For each item in our range please see the extra information page as this gives a delivery code for the item. Items are coded in the following way:

A - delivery normally within 5 working days, usually within 3 working days

B - delivery normally within 10 working days, usually within 5 working days

C - delivery normally within 20 working days, usually within 10 working days

D - delivery normally within 28 working days, usually within 15 working days

These times are a guide and are superseded if you choose a particular delivery schedule from our price list. We aim to deliver in the time frame you have selected and the time frame our suppliers deliver to us if we are out of stock.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Within 28 days of receipt

If your purchase develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is in 'as-new' condition. We will collect the product from you for inspection. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Outside 28 days of receipt

If your purchase develops a fault after 28 days and within its 12 month guarantee we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge (UK only). Please go to our returns policy from a link on our home page. We will either handle the servicing ourselves or direct you via one of our authorised agents. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
